Inorder to improve our capacity, quality and efficiency, we use automationequipment. Recently wehave more than 30 PIN of hopping and pressure machine, 60 of ASM860 LED bonder,80 of ASM welding machine as well as industrial oven, glue filling machine etc.What’s more, we have a systematic team for quality control from IQC, PQC, LQCand OQC. Also our reliability laboratory has double 85 test machine, thermalshock tester, salt spray tester, electrostatic generator, vibrator, freezer,high temperature box, analysis grinder, microscope, welding puller, solid crystalthruster and other laboratory equipments. We will do some testing for finished productsor semi-products regularly. Therefore ourcapacity can be reached 50 million per month. Recently we have someexcellent partners, such as Electrolux, Media, TCL, Chigo, Vatti, Joyoung,Macro and so on.
